Duties:
Recruitment Management: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, onboarding and joining orientation. Establish best practices and standards for recruitment to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in hiring processes. Employer Branding: Develop and enhance the employer brand to attract top talent and maintain a positive reputation in the job market. Partner with marketing and communication teams to craft compelling employer value proposition messages. Talent Pipelining: Proactively build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions, staying ahead of hiring needs and ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other recruitment vendors to optimize costs and leverage their expertise when necessary. Recruitment Analytics: Establish and track key recruitment metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Education and Experience:
