  • Overseeing accounts, ledgers, reporting systems, ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, and program budgets and actual expenditures.
  • Coordinating all audit activity.
  • Consistently analyzing financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements monitor progress, changes and keep senior leadership abreast of the financial status.
  • Assisting management in the annual budgeting and planning process; administering and reviewing all financial plans and comparing to actual results with a view to identifying.
  • Knowledge of TDS and posting invoice as per applicability of TDS provisions.
  • Handling of vendor payment & Vendor reconciliation.
  • Handling of customer payment & reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of Bank related work like processing of cheque /RTGS/NEFT and other     banking activity.
  • Knowledge of GST.
  • Knowledge of MIS reporting on various parameters time to time.
  • Full knowledge of MS offices like Excel/Word and all computer functions.
  • Assisting seniors for preparation of accounting details as and when required.
  • Assisting for Account Finalization.

Key Knowledge and Skills:

1.       Good Tally ERP.

2.       Good persuasive oral communication skills.

3.       Good command in English and Gujarati language.

5.       Good written communication skills.

6.       Should have working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
