Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Attending incoming & outgoing calls.
  • Maintain inward & outwards.
  •  Maintain stationery records.
  • Hands on office maintenance system (AMC’s)
  • Co-ordinate with maintenance vendors.
  •  Keep track on maintenance visits by vendors.
  • Handle housekeeping staff & inhouse peons.
  •  Check attendance of watchmen & housekeeping staff. 
  • ake a round on all the floors to check daily work is done.
  •  Attend service-related queries by other departments.
  • Keep track on daily, weekly & monthly housekeeping work is done.
  • Keep track on monthly AMC visits are done. Take follow up of the same.
  •  Maintain AMC / On call service register.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written).
  •  Hands on computer literacy.
  • Ability to work independently & in team as well.
