• Design and implement generative AI solutions to solve complex problems in various domains.
• Employ deep learning and machine learning techniques for training and fine-tuning models.
• Utilize Natural Language Processing (NLP) to enhance the capabilities of our AI models.
• Develop infrastructure for deploying generative AI solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with the data science team to optimize and improve the performance of existing models.
• Communicate complex machine learning concepts to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field. Master's degree would be an added advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience working on machine learning projects.
• Strong understanding of different machine learning algorithms and statistical concepts.
• Strong experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Experience with Hugging Face's Transformers library is a significant plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS), for model training, deployment, and scalability.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices, including version control (like Git), continuous integration, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain AI concepts to non-technical team members.
