Job Description

Responsibilities  :

  • Audit of payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
  •  Audit of all bills, Accounts payables & receivables
  •  Audit of forwarding Bills
  • Ledger scrutiny
  •  Intercompany & Bank reconciliation and confirmation
  •  Sub-Ledger vs General-Ledger reconciliation review
  •  Prepare monthly Balance Sheet schedules & reconciliation
  • Resolve general accounting and reporting issues in consultation with HOD
  •  Lead end to end accounting work, including FA, IC and Closing and Reporting.
  •  Review backlog and cycle time reports to improve process flow times.
  • Drive Continuous improvements by quality initiatives

Tax

  • Preparation of workings for GST returns
  •  Preparation of workings for TDS payments & returns.
  •  Assistance in preparation of submission for tax notices / assessments

Skills

  • Good Written & Verbal Communication Sills
  • Should have hands on MS Excel & other applications
  • Software Proficiency
  • Understanding of financial reporting standards
