Job responsibilities:

• We are looking for a passionate NLP enthusiast who will be contributing to the AI stream of Lumin. As a lead AI Engineer, you will be working hand in hand with the product team on challenging problems in Language understanding / generation.
• Excellent understanding of NLP concepts and experience with developing NLU and NLG solutions
•  Expert level knowledge in Python
•  Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Jinja and API Frameworks like Flask, FastAPI 
• Basic understanding on Semantic web concepts
•  Familiarity with ML / DL algorithms.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking
• Effective communication skill and ability to manage a team of developers

Job Descriptions

• Owns up full feature ownership from Design to end delivery.
• Conceptualize, design, and develop end-to-end features using natural language understanding and generation techniques
•  Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth integration of features in the product.
•  Document the structural designs and procedures employed for feature
• Development cycle planning using Scrum framework
•  Mentoring the team members & perform code review for ensuring high code quality
•  Staying current with the most recent developments in the NLP and Generative AI space
