• This is a unique role where you will play the part of both a Data Scientist and a Product Manager. Twilio is looking for a Product Data Scientist to join the Data Science & Growth product team of our Messaging business unit. You will understand the needs of our customers and build products that solve that need at a global scale.
• Working side by side with other product managers and engineering counterparts, you will collaborate to craft and deliver on the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI/ML messaging products at Twilio.
• In this role, you'll: Be the voice of the customer in every conversation and decision, and ensure we build world class products that our customers love and value.
• Own the models, product strategy, roadmap, and release cadence for a major part of Twilio's AI/ML products. Support the engineering team in delivering quality features efficiently, and your global go-to-market team in selling them.
• Get your hands dirty, align executives, convince peers, and coordinate dependencies to get-it-done. Seek out unique points of view to deliver products that reflect the global population and make communication more inclusive for all.

This Role Requires: Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics or equivalent
• Minimum of 7+ years of working as a Data Scientist, ideally focused on experience building customer-facing cloud products for businesses or developers.
