We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate to join our corporate legal team. The successful candidate will primarily focus on ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, drafting and reviewing agreements, conducting legal research, and managing intellectual property registration and monitoring. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic corporate environment and contribute to the legal aspects of our business operations.

Responsibilities: Compliance Management: Stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations affecting the company's operations. Conduct regular compliance assessments and audits to ensure adherence to legal requirements. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures. Provide guidance to internal teams on compliance matters.

Agreement Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements, including but not limited to vendor agreements, client contracts, and partnership agreements. Ensure that contracts align with the company's legal and business objectives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal concerns and negotiate favorable terms.

Legal Research: Conduct legal research to stay informed about changes in laws and regulations. Analyze legal issues and provide recommendations to the legal team and business units. Prepare legal memoranda and summaries on various legal topics.

Intellectual Property (IP) Registration and Monitoring: Manage the company's intellectual property portfolio, including trademark and patent registrations. Conduct regular monitoring of IP rights to identify and address potential infringements. Coordinate with external counsel for IP-related matters.

Qualifications: Degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction. Fresher to 2+ years of experience in corporate law, compliance, and contract drafting. Strong understanding of intellectual property laws and registration processes. Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
